IDNT is a German company. Both the company headquarters and the data processing centers are located in the vicinity ofFrankfurt. This means that IDNT is subject to stringent German data-protection regulations.

The guiding principle of these regulations is the so-called "Verbot mit Erlaubnisvorbehalt" (non-use unless permission is granted). It states that no collection, processing or use of data is permitted so long as no explicit authorization to do so has been granted by the user, or legal authorization to do so has been granted. This is why we always ask for your express authorization before we process any of your data.

Information that is collected during your visit to our website:

Certain information is gathered automatically and saved on our system whenever you visit our website. This information includes the following:

-          The address (URL) of the document you call up and its constituents

One of the ways you can contact us is by filling in our contact form. The entries you make in this form will be saved on our system for processing purposes. They will not be passed on to third parties unless we expressly state that we will do so in advance.

Information that is collected during order processing

If you ask us to provide a service for you we will require certain information. This information is saved on our system for the purpose of further processing. Provided no legal retention period applies, as does e.g. for the formulation of invoices, said data will be deleted as soon as our service has been supplied in full. In any other case, the data will be deleted as soon as the retention period has expired.
