Job Applications

What we collect:

Making Privacy Requests

Response Timeline

We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we may extend this by another 45 days and will notify you of the extension.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before responding to requests. We may request:

  • Email verification for basic requests
  • Additional information for sensitive requests
  • Government ID for high-sensitivity requests

No Cost to You

We do not charge fees for privacy requests. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for excessive or repetitive requests.

Appeal Process

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can appeal by contacting us at privacy@idnt.net with "Appeal" in the subject line.

State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states may have additional rights under their state laws. Please contact us to learn about rights specific to your state.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
